About the Role
At 360 Clinic Consulting, we are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to guide our clients through the integration of our technological solutions. You will be the key link between our technical team and the clinics, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software implementation with client clinics.
- Train clinic staff in the use of technological tools.
- Provide technical support during the implementation process.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve solutions based on client feedback.
- Ensure client objectives are met throughout the implementation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a software consultant or a similar role.
- Knowledge of software implementation processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish. English is a plus.
- Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
