Few
Clinics with active social
One of the few places a clinic can still stand out without fighting over the price of a click.
A dormant profile says more than you think.
Before booking, the patient looks you up. If your last post is eight months old, the conclusion is not that you are busy: it is that the clinic does not look active. Posting consistently is not about likes, it is about the person comparing you with two other clinics seeing that yours is alive.

Posting is half of it. The other half is going out to look.
On-brand content on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, every week.
Engagement and comments on the conversations that matter in your area.
Outreach campaigns by LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email, with the replies handled.
And every interested patient who turns up there ends in your calendar, not in an inbox.

How we work
We agree the line
We settle on tone, topics and which treatments you want to push. Everything goes out under your brand.
We produce and publish
We create the assets and publish consistently, without you having to remember.
We converse and hand over
We answer comments and messages, and when someone asks about a treatment we pass them to the team that books appointments.

The patient checks your Instagram before they call you. Almost always.
The same thing, bought separately
This is the complete patient-acquisition operation for a clinic and what it costs to buy from separate suppliers. The highlighted rows are what this page covers.

This is one step, not the whole journey
Bringing the patient in counts for little if nobody calls them, if your website does not convince, or if your reviews stall the decision. We cover all seven steps, which is why none of them falls between two suppliers.

Clinics already running one joined-up process
Not just more enquiries: a system that turns them into attended appointments.
We have been working with 360 for several years and they have always been professional and reliable. They have helped us grow the business and build steady acquisition funnels that bring a constant flow of patients. They also look after our reputation and our social media.
360 Clinic Consulting helped us stop treating patient acquisition as just advertising. They improved the full process: campaign strategy, lead follow-up, appointment booking and reporting. The biggest change was that every enquiry finally had a clear next step.
Before working with 360, we were generating leads but losing too many because follow-up was inconsistent. Their team gave us a more structured system to contact, qualify and book patients into the clinic.
What stood out was the speed and organisation. Leads were contacted quickly, the messaging was professional, and we had much better visibility over what was happening between the first enquiry and the booked appointment.
360 gave us one joined-up process instead of separate providers working in isolation. Marketing, lead management, appointment booking and follow-up all became part of the same patient acquisition system.
We were spending on campaigns but did not have enough control over what happened after a patient filled in a form. 360 helped us close that gap with faster contact, better follow-up and clearer reporting.
The value was not just in getting more enquiries. It was in improving how those enquiries were handled. The team helped us reduce missed opportunities and turn more interest into real appointments.
360 Clinic Consulting understood that every specialty has a different patient journey. They helped us build a more consistent process across campaigns, WhatsApp, phone follow-up and appointment coordination.
Their approach was practical and focused on execution. Instead of only giving advice, they helped us organise the actual flow from new enquiry to booked visit, including reminders and recovery of patients who had gone cold.
For high-value treatments, follow-up matters. 360 helped us create a more professional patient journey, making sure interested patients were contacted properly, informed clearly and followed up without pressure.
Working with 360 gave us a clearer view of our acquisition funnel. We could see where enquiries were coming from, how they were being handled, and where improvements were needed to generate more attended appointments.
A site scoring 88 out of 100 that was not bringing in patients
We audited the site of a dental group we work with. Technically spotless, and ranking on the first page of Google for eighteen searches, eight of them in the top three. The problem was none of those numbers.

The diagnosis
The highest positions are their own name, which they already had. Of the rest, not one belongs to somebody who wants to book. A person looking up how to cure mouth sores is not choosing a dentist, and a person searching for white food is not looking for a clinic at all: they land there through a coincidence with the practice name. A hundred and seventeen articles were generating almost all of the traffic and almost none of the appointments.
What we do about it
The job is not to rebuild the site. It is to keep every URL that already ranks, because that is where years of authority sit, and build on top of it what does not exist yet: one page per treatment and one per area, written for somebody who has already decided to be treated and is only choosing where.
This is the part almost nobody does. It is easy to see 88 out of 100 and call the work finished.

Frequently asked questions
Still have one? Message us on WhatsApp or call, and we will answer it straight.
Do I have to appear in the videos?
Not necessarily. It works very well when the clinical team appears, but we can work with brand imagery, cases and informative content if you would rather not film.
Who answers the comments?
We do, in your tone and with your information. If someone asks something clinical that needs medical judgement, we pass it to you before replying.
What exactly do you publish?
Treatments explained clearly, common patient questions, clinic news and seasonal content. You see the monthly plan before anything is published.
Does this actually bring patients?
It brings two things: patients who arrive directly from social, and confidence in the ones who were already comparing you. The second is harder to measure and usually matters more.
What if someone already runs my social?
We review what they are doing and tell you whether changing makes sense. If it works, we will say so.
Do you work with my specialty?
Yes. We work with every kind of private medical clinic: dental, aesthetics, dermatology, physiotherapy, ophthalmology, hair transplant, gynecology and more.
