Who processes your data
This website is operated by Delta Fuji Ltd, a company registered in England, trading as 360 Clinic Consulting.
Company number 17103743, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, England.
You can write to [email protected] or call +34 670 81 88 86.
What we collect
Two groups, worth separating because they rest on different legal grounds.
- What you give us: name, clinic, email, phone and whatever you write in the assessment form or an email. Without it we cannot reply.
- What your visit generates: IP address, device and browser, language, pages viewed, reading time and clicks. We use it to work out which pages earn their place.
- Campaign identifiers, such as the parameter Google adds to the address when you arrive from an ad, so we know which campaign brought which inquiry.
- Session replay: we replay the path through a visit to find where people get stuck. The contents of every form field are masked before storage, so what you type in them is not recorded.
What we use it for
- Answering your assessment request and any commercial conversation that follows.
- Measuring how the site is used and how campaigns perform, so we stop paying for what does not work.
- Meeting the legal, tax and accounting obligations that apply to us.
On what legal basis
- Your request, when you fill in the form: processing is necessary to deal with what you asked for, ahead of any contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).
- Your consent, for measurement and advertising cookies and for session replay. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect what was processed before.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used (article 6.1.f).
- Compliance with legal obligations, where they apply (article 6.1.c).
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not hand it over for anyone else to advertise on their own account. We do work with suppliers who process it on our instructions.
| Supplier | What for | Where it is processed |
|---|---|---|
| Delta Fuji Technology S.L. | Building and running the site, handling inquiries, first-party analytics | European Union and United States |
| Google Ireland Limited | Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads measurement | European Union and United States |
| Meta Platforms Ireland Limited | Campaign measurement on its platforms, only if you accept advertising cookies | European Union and United States |
| Salesforce (Heroku) | Website hosting | United States |
| Brevo | Delivering the emails the form generates | European Union |
Transfers outside the European Union
The server behind this site runs in the United States, and some of the suppliers above also process data there. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, where it does not apply, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Assessment inquiries, for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the limitation periods the law sets.
- Browsing data and session replays, fourteen months at most.
- If you ask us to stop, we keep only what is needed to show that we acted on your request.
What you can require of us
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to the processing, ask us to restrict it, and request portability of what you gave us. Write to [email protected] saying which right you are exercising and enclosing something that proves who you are.
If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority at www.aepd.es. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this policy
If what we do with data changes, this page changes and so does the date at the top. Anything that affects you significantly will be announced on the site itself.
