Weeks
Decision time
Patients may spend several weeks reading credentials, results and reviews before contacting a practice.
Patients compare surgeon credentials, reviews and results
Patients may spend weeks reviewing galleries, credentials and patient feedback before submitting a form. We reply promptly and discreetly, answer practical questions and arrange the consultation while the patient is ready to talk.

Services for plastic surgery practices
Breast augmentation and reduction, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, liposuction and body contouring, blepharoplasty and facial surgery.
- A campaign per procedure, because a rhinoplasty patient and a mommy makeover patient are not one audience
- Ad accounts built to survive platform review, which restricts this specialty harder than any other we work in
- Board certification and credentials made prominent, since that is the one thing US patients are taught to check
- A discreet callback and text within minutes, with nothing in the message that names the procedure
- Consult fees and financing explained before the call, because both are silent reasons people do not book
- Before-and-after galleries handled with consent and used where the platforms allow them
- Review presence built on the sites this specialty is actually judged on, not just Google
- Ranking for procedure and surgeon searches in your metro
- Follow-up over the weeks between consult and decision, without pestering
- A monthly report in consults held and procedures booked, with the source of each
How we work with plastic surgery practices
Fix what they read before they call
Reviews, credentials and galleries. The campaign is spending money to send people to a decision that was already made somewhere else.
Answer within the hour, discreetly
Nothing in a text or voicemail that names a procedure, in case somebody else in the household sees it. Speed and discretion are not in tension here, but they are usually traded off.
Stay through the gap
Consult to surgery is weeks. A scheduled, quiet follow-up over that period is the difference between a busy consult room and a busy operating room.

Patients compare surgeon credentials, reviews and prices.

What our clients say
We have been working with 360 for several years and they have always been professional and reliable. They have helped us grow the business and build steady acquisition funnels that bring a constant flow of patients. They also look after our reputation and our social media.
Salud Dental BlancoSpainBefore working with 360, we were generating leads but losing too many because follow-up was inconsistent. Their team gave us a more structured system to contact, qualify and book patients into the clinic.
Dra VianySpainWe used to have several agencies and tools running different parts of our marketing, but there was no strategy holding them together. With 360 everything sits in one place: advertising, SEO, the website, social media, online reputation and patient follow-up. Now it feels like there is a team watching the whole process, from attracting the patient to making sure they actually arrive at the clinic.

Frequently asked questions
Still have one? Email us or call, and we will answer it straight.
Our ads keep getting disapproved. Is that fixable?
Mostly, and it is one of the two things practices call us about in this specialty. Google and Meta both restrict cosmetic surgery advertising, personal-attribute targeting and before-and-after imagery, and an account that has been rebuilt around the restrictions performs very differently from one that keeps appealing them. We build for the rules rather than against them.
Is patient privacy actually respected?
Yes, and it is designed in rather than promised. Nothing in a message names a procedure, we never confirm publicly that somebody is your patient, including in review replies, and any before-and-after image needs written consent on file before it goes anywhere near an ad.
Should we charge a consult fee?
That is your call and there are good practices on both sides of it. What matters for the marketing is that the answer is visible before the call, because an unexpected fee at the booking stage is one of the quieter reasons a warm inquiry stops replying.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. In a specialty where agencies routinely ask for a year up front, that is worth weighing.
Is the ad spend included?
No. Our fee covers our work. You pay the platforms directly and set your own budget. Call minutes are billed separately, per minute and at cost.
