After a failed cycle
Retention risk
Respectful follow-up after an unsuccessful cycle can help patients understand their next options.
Fertility marketing requires careful language
We avoid promises, pressure and countdowns. New inquiries receive a prompt, respectful reply from someone trained for the conversation, and follow-up between cycles follows the timing and preferences agreed with the practice.

Services for fertility practices
IVF and ICSI, IUI, egg and embryo donation, fertility preservation, genetic testing and fertility assessments.
- Campaigns written to the register this specialty needs, with outcome claims kept inside FTC truth-in-advertising rules
- Success rates presented the way ASRM and SART guidance expects, or not presented at all
- A reply within minutes, by the channel they used, from somebody trained for this conversation
- Insurance and employer benefit coverage explained up front, because in many states that is the real gate
- The first consult booked, confirmed and reminded, with no urgency language anywhere in it
- Scheduled, respectful contact between cycles, which stays away at the moments it should
- Your website with the clinical information a patient who has read everything is actually looking for
- Ranking for the searches happening in your state, where coverage and law differ
- Reviews handled with unusual care, because a public reply here can identify somebody
- A monthly report in consults held and cycles started, with the source of each
How we work with fertility practices
Review the language first
Before advertising begins, we remove promises, pressure and countdowns from the copy.
Answer the coverage question early
Employer benefits and state mandates decide whether many of these patients can proceed at all. Answering it on the page removes the most common silent exit.
Follow up between cycles
Contact follows an agreed schedule and stops immediately when a patient asks to be left alone.

Fertility inquiries need careful, respectful language.

What our clients say
We have been working with 360 for several years and they have always been professional and reliable. They have helped us grow the business and build steady acquisition funnels that bring a constant flow of patients. They also look after our reputation and our social media.
Salud Dental BlancoSpainBefore working with 360, we were generating leads but losing too many because follow-up was inconsistent. Their team gave us a more structured system to contact, qualify and book patients into the clinic.
Dra VianySpainWe used to have several agencies and tools running different parts of our marketing, but there was no strategy holding them together. With 360 everything sits in one place: advertising, SEO, the website, social media, online reputation and patient follow-up. Now it feels like there is a team watching the whole process, from attracting the patient to making sure they actually arrive at the clinic.

Frequently asked questions
Still have one? Email us or call, and we will answer it straight.
What are we actually allowed to claim about success rates?
Anything you say has to be truthful and substantiated under the FTC’s advertising rules, and the field holds itself to ASRM and SART guidance on how rates are presented, which is stricter than the law and exists because these numbers are so easy to present misleadingly. In practice: no cherry-picked cohort, no rate without the population it was measured on, and no comparison you cannot show your work for. We would rather publish a defensible number than a flattering one.
How do you handle insurance and employer benefits?
As a marketing question, because it is one. State mandates differ enormously and a large share of patients now arrive through an employer benefit rather than their own insurance. Answering coverage plainly on the page removes a silent exit that happens long before anybody calls you.
How do you support patients between cycles?
With scheduled, respectful contact that stays away at the wrong moments and never applies pressure. Patients leave after a failed cycle more often than at any other point, and the reason is usually that nobody reached out. Anybody who asks to be left alone is, immediately and permanently.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, and you can stop whenever you want.
Is the ad spend included?
No. Our fee covers our work. You pay the platforms directly and set the budget yourself. Call minutes are billed separately, per minute and at cost.
Review where patients leave the process
We review inquiries, same-day replies, attended consultations and continuity after an unsuccessful cycle.
